October 2022

21 October 2022: Due to unexpected complications, the full road closure on the B2149 will need to remain in place for longer than originally planned. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.

14 October 2022: It was great to welcome Engineering Geology and Geotechnics students from the University of Portsmouth to our Havant Thicket Reservoir site this week!

3 October 2022: The planned full closure of the B2149 between Rowlands Castle and Horndean will start today (Monday, 3rd October 2022). It is due to be in place until 24th October, with a clearly signposted diversion set up.

September 2022

21 September 2022: We've carried out extensive environmental work ahead site clearance starting this autumn. Watch our video and see what was happening on site in September 2021.

13 September 2022: Important safety information: Work to clear the Havant Thicket Reservoir site starts on Wednesday 14th September and will last for approximately six weeks. This involves removing trees and needs to be carried out ahead of the main reservoir construction work taking place.

7 September 2022: A big thank you to the volunteers from Havant Thicket for Nature who have been busy clearing ragwort in the areas of tree planting on the south west of the site.
